About the Event
We are collecting snack food that we will send to the USS Eisenhower in the Persian Gulf honoring Summit’s hometown hero James T. Rath, a medic in the Navy and a member of the Summit Volunteer First Aid Squad and the Chatham Township Volunteer Fire Department. Jimmy is the son of our board member, Eileen Rath and her husband, Jim.
BRING YOUR SNACK ITEMS TO THIS MEETING so they can be packed and shipped to our heroes in honor of Veteran's Day. SNACK SUGGESTIONS: Mac & cheese, granola bars, snack bags, cookies, non-perishable items. No chocolate, due to shipping!
