Dear Members & Friends,
We are proud to be a multi-generational club! At our General Meeting on Wednesday, October 10, it was truly inspiring to see four generations—Millennials, Generation X, Baby Boomers, and the Silent Generation—coming together for "Who Do I Think I Am?: A Genealogy Workshop" presented by certified genealogist Melissa Johnson. She shared invaluable resources for researching ancestry and creating a family tree.
October is packed with exciting activities at the Fortnightly Club, including the Walking Club, Mah Jongg, Book Club, Garden Day, "Four Centuries in a Weekend," a Broadway theater outing, and our Halloween Party: Just a Little Hocus Pocus. We encourage you to grab a friend, or come solo, and join us for fun and friendship!
Warm regards,
Heather Althoff
President, The Fortnightly Club of Summit
