Dear Friends,
When we planned the Mardi Gras party on Feb. 22, we were unaware that the week would be perfect for travel. As it turns out, about half of our members will be away and unable to come. Although it promised to be a great event and everyone was excited about it, we've made the rare decision to cancel, realizing it's just not good timing for our membership. We apologize to ticket holders who were looking forward to it (refunds will be issued), and we encourage everyone to put the Cinco de Mayo Fiesta on their calendars for May 3. This event is always great fun!
Our next General Meeting is coming up on Wednesday, Feb 12. At the General Meeting, donation items for the Twin Maples Estate Sale will be accepted. New member, Gina Hoff will take us on a virtual cultural, language, and food tour of Italy. Please sign up for Hospitality. Grazie mille!
